The Exit Plan is run by me, Christi Loucks. This page explains what the app saves about you, who helps me run it, and how to get your data deleted.

What I save

When you use The Exit Plan, the app saves:

  • Your email address and name
  • Your profile photo, if you add one
  • Your new normal date
  • Your interview answers and your chats with Claude
  • Your resume, if you upload one
  • The skills, ideas, and pricing notes the app pulls from your answers
  • Your written reflection
  • The photos and notes you add to your vision board

I save these so they're there every time you log in, and so later sections can build on what you've already told me.

What I don't do

  • I don't sell your data.
  • I don't share it with advertisers.
  • The app doesn't use ad trackers or analytics tools.
  • The only cookie keeps you logged in.

Who helps me run the app

A few companies handle parts of the app for me. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

  • Anthropic runs Claude, the AI that interviews you. Your answers (and your resume, if you upload one) go to Anthropic so Claude can respond. Anthropic doesn't use data sent through its API to train its models.
  • Supabase stores your account and everything you save.
  • Railway hosts the app.
  • Resend sends your login codes by email.
  • Stan handles checkout. Stan processes your payment, and I never see your card number.

Who can see your data

Your answers are tied to your account, and other users can't see them. I can see account data when I need to fix a problem or answer a question you send me.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account any time in Settings. That deletes your answers, your chats, your resume, your vision board, your photos, and your login.

I keep one record: the email you bought with. That way you can come back later without buying again.

You can also email me and I'll delete it for you.

Kids

The Exit Plan is for adults. Don't use it if you're under 18.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top. If it's a big change, I'll email you.
