These terms cover your use of The Exit Plan, an app run by me, Christi Loucks. By signing in, you agree to them.

What you're buying

The Exit Plan costs $47, one time. That gets you your own account in the app.

Section 1, Find what you're good at, is live now. Sections 2 through 6 are coming. They're included in what you paid, and you won't be charged again when they come out.

Your account

• Your account is for you. Please don't share your login.
• Log in with the email you bought with.
• You're responsible for what you type into the app.

Your content

What you write in the app belongs to you. You let me store it and send it to the services that run the app, like Claude, so the app can work. The Privacy Policy has the details.

About the AI

Claude asks you questions and reflects back what it hears. It can get things wrong. Treat what it says as a starting point for your own thinking. It isn't financial, legal, career, or medical advice. You make your own decisions about your job and your money.

No guarantees

I built this to help you figure out what you could sell. I can't promise you'll leave your job, make money, or get a certain result.

The app might sometimes be down or have bugs. I'll fix problems as fast as I can.

Fair use

Please don't:

• Try to break the app or get into other people's accounts
• Use a bot or script to run it
• Resell or copy the app or its content

To keep costs fair for everyone, there's a daily limit on how much you can use the AI. If you hit it, your work is saved and you can pick up the next day.

If someone breaks these rules, I can close their account.

Refunds

If The Exit Plan isn't right for you, email me within 14 days of buying and I'll refund you.

Changes

I might update these terms. If I do, I'll change the date at the top. If it's a big change, I'll email you.
